2020 Outdoor: NCAA season canceled.    

2020 Indoor: Started season with fourth place finish in 3000 meters with time of 10:54.49 at Robert Elkin Invitational (1/10)… Placed 9th/24 with 3000m PR of 10:40.68 at Patriot Games (1/25)… Also ran 5000 meters at both Fastrack National Invite and Atlantic 10 Championships.

2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Made outdoor debut in 3,000 meters at Penn Challenge (3/23)… Finished 12th out of 28 entrants in 5,000 meters at George Mason Spring Invitational with time of 18:33.02 (4/13)… Competed in the 10,000 meters at A-10 Championships (5/5).
 
2019 Indoor: Made La Salle track debut running the 3,000 meters at Brian Horowitz Invitational (1/11)… Placed sixth in the 3K at Moravian College Indoor Meet (1/26)… Ran 3K in 10:55.94 at A-10 Championships (2/23).

Background: 2017 graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School… Captain of cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams… First Team All-Catholic Cross Country and Second Team All-Catholic Indoor and Outdoor Track during junior and senior seasons… Ran a 20:11 5k in cross country and a 5:28 1600m… Received the Coaches Leadership Award for Cross Country as a senior and ‘Most Dedicated’ award as a junior… Member of 4x800m relay team that placed 24th at States during senior year… Broke the school record for the 1000m as a sophomore… Second Team All-Catholic for Cross Country as a freshman… Made Dean’s List in the classroom.
 
Personal: Major is Communication Sciences and Disorders… Participates in service trips every summer.
