Brian Sell will join Coach Stever for his seventh season on the sidelines as the Explorers' assistant coach.

Sell honed his coaching skills at Gwynedd Mercy College, where he served as the assistant coach for two seasons. At Gwynedd Mercy, Sell was responsible for all aspects of the program including providing individual skill instruction and player development. He was involved in the recruiting process and maintained the individual and team statistics. Also on Sell's list of duties were to create, modify and lead practice drills and to formulate team strategy and playing tactics.

Prior to his coaching career, Sell competed on the court with the Philadelphia Volleyball Club A-Elite USVBA team from 1996 to 1997. He also played for the Williamsport AA USVBA team from 1993 through 1995. As a collegiate player, Sell was a member of the 1992 Division II Club National Championship team at Bucknell University.

Sell earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell in 1994 and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Drexel in 2004.
