Ryan Gemme is the Assistant Director for Compliance at La Salle University, a role he began in 2025. Prior to joining La Salle, Gemme gained valuable experience at San Diego State University, where he assisted with NCAA recruitment calendars, managed compliance forms, and ensured adherence to critical NCAA regulations. At UC San Diego, he collaborated with staff and and interns to deliver academic advising services. He also supported NIL initiatives at the University of Rhode Island, conducting research, creating resources for student-athletes, and facilitating the growth of NIL opportunities.Â
Gemme holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Rhode Island and an MBA from San Diego State University. Â
