Sam Kilpatrick enters her 3rd year as Assistant Sports Performance Coach at La Salle University. Kilpatrick is responsible for programming In-season and Off-season training for Field Hockey, Women’s Lacrosse, Men's & Women's Swim & Dive, Men's & Women's Golf, and Water Polo.
Prior to La Salle, Kilpatrick was the Head Strength coach at Rosemont University from 2020-2021. Kilpatrick oversaw strength and conditioning programming for all 13 varsity sports. Prior to Rosemont Kilpatrick was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Arcadia University for 4 years. Kilpatrick assisted with training programs of all 26 Arcadia University varsity Sports while directly responsible for developing & Implementing Off-season & In-Season programs for Tennis, Golf, Volleyball, Field Hockey & Women’s Lacrosse.
While Kilpatrick was in graduate school, she was the Graduate Assistant Strength Coach at East Stroudsburg University. Kilpatrick was responsible for developing and implementing training programs for Baseball, Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse, Tennis, and Golf. Kilpatrick was also a GA for Field Hockey. Strength and Conditioning internships include time at Lehigh University, Speed Advantage Training and Samford University. Kilpatrick also has 8 years’ experience training in the private sector.
Kilpatrick graduated Top 10 from East Stroudsburg University in 2015 with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning and earned her M.S. degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University in 2016.
Kilpatrick is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She also holds certs in USAW Level 1, and RPR Level 1.
