Sophomore middle hitter Ashley Felton has been named this week's La Salle Student Athlete of the Week after her performances this weekend. 

Felton had a huge game on Sunday against new Atlantic-10 member Davidson. Felton recorded 11 kills, her sixth double-digit performance of the season, while hitting .500 on the day and providing three huge solo blocks to help secure the win for the Explorers. 

In the fourth and decisive set on Sunday, Felton converted five of her seven swings, including the final kill of the match to help solidify the first conference win for volleyball since 2011 and the first conference road win for the program since 2007.

Volleyball travels to instate rivals Duquesne on Saturday before closing out their non-conference schedule Monday against Delaware State.
