Jasmine Alston was named the GoExplorers.com Student-Athlete of the Week after averaging 8.0 points, 10.5 rebounds and 6.0 assists in a 1-1 week for La Salle. The junior shot 47.1 percent from the floor on the week (8-for-17).

The Long Island City, N.Y. native tallied her fifth double-double of the year, going for 10 points and 10 rebounds while dishing a game-high six assists in a win over UMass on Wednesday. Alston added six points, 11 rebounds and six assists at Fordham on Saturday.
