Marlo Roadcap was named GoExplorers.com Student-Athlete of the Week for her performance over the weekend in the UNF Invitational, it was announced Tuesday.

Roadcap earned two wins and a save as the Explorers won all three games she appeared in, striking out 21 in 17.0 innings pitched with a 2.47 ERA. The sophomore threw a complete-game shutout in a win over Mount St. Mary's on Friday morning, tying a career-high with nine strikeouts.

Roadcap also picked up a save with three relief innings against Western Carolina on Friday afternoon and tied her career high again with nine K's in a complete-game win over North Florida on Saturday.
