Mackenzie Obert was named GoExplorers.com Student-Athlete of the Week, it was announced Monday.

Obert hit .500 (6-for-12) with three homers and six RBI’s last week as La Salle took two of three at St. Bonaventure after a midweek game at Villanova. The senior had two homers and four RBI’s in Sunday’s doubleheader at St. Bonnies after a smacking a double and a home run at Villanova on Thursday. 

The senior slugged 1.333 through the four games, tallied a .625 on-base percentage and scored five runs.
