La Salle University Athletics

Shaquana Edwards of the La Salle women's basketball team was named GoExplorers Athlete of the Week, it was announced on Wednesday.
 
Edwards averaged 15.5 points and 4.0 assists last week, including a career-high 20 points in Wednesday’s win over Penn.  
 
The Explorer of the Week is voted on by the members of the athletic communications office with consideration given from the weekly fan vote on Twitter.
