Philadelphia, Pa.- The Atlantic 10 Conference announced on Monday that Meghan McGlinchey earned Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Performer of the Week honors.
McGlinchey was also named the La Salle Student-Athlete of the Week.
McGlinchey finished in second place at the Stanford Invitational in 10,000 meter race. She crossed the line with a time of 33:46.04. McGlinchey, the native of West Deptford, N.J., is now ranked 17th in the nation, sixth in the East Region and tops in the Atlantic 10 in the 10K event.
The Explorers have a week off until they head to the George Mason Invitational and the Rider Invitational.
