Senior Tristan Musho has been named La Salle's 'Student-Athlete of the Week' for the week ending March 17. 

The Broomall, Pa. native was an offensive machine during the five-game stint this past weekend at the UMBC Spring Classic in Baltimore, Md. In all, Musho batted .667 (10-15) and drove in a total of seven RBIs. On Friday's game against UMBC, Musho played the part of hero thanks to a clutch hit that drove in sophomore Alicia Aughton and junior Megan Hodgson to give the Explorers a 5-3 advantage in the first extra inning of play. La Salle went on to win the game by a single run.

Explorers' softball returns to action on Wednesday when they travel to Newark, Del. for a double header against Delaware starting at 3 PM.
