Philadelphia, PA - After a stellar weekend at the Stanford Invitational senior Sean Quigley and junior Rachel Papin have been named the Atlantic 10 Track Performers of the Week.
Quigley qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 10K with a school record time of 28.29.61. The time placed him 10th in the event (sixth among collegiate competitors) and also qualified him for the USA Track and Field Championships. It also makes him a provisional qualifier for the U.S. Olympic Trials.
Papin earned NCAA Provisional Qualifier status with her 33.53.75 performance in the 10K. She finished 15th out of 27 runners in the event (11th among collegians) and was just one minute and 22 seconds off of the winning pace.
