The La Salle field hockey team could not get on track on Saturday afternoon, losing 5-0 to Lock Haven.

The Lady Eagles, who took a 1-0 lead into halftime, turned a close game into a rout, as they scored four second half goals to ice the victory. Suzanne Hobart scored twice for Lock Haven, who outshot the Explorers, 27-2.

Goalkeeper Ellen Axelsen recorded 10 saves for the Explorers, who fall to 3-3 on the year.

La Salle looks to salvage a win on the weekend road trip when they take on Robert Morris tomorrow afternoon.
