PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle volleyball team wrapped up its three-match homestand on Sunday with an Atlantic 10 Conference bout with Charlotte, but a 3-0 (18-25, 19-25, 18-25) sweep by the 49ers left the Explorers winless over the weekend.

Senior Rachel Stemper led the team with 11 digs while tallying five kills and sophomore Stephanie Milovic contributed from all angles with five kills, four digs, three assisted blocks and two assists.

Sophomore Kourtney Clark paced all Explorers with 13 assists, junior Carly Conlon distributed nine assists of her own alongside three digs and freshman Breanna Mazalewski totaled nine digs.

The 49ers were led by senior Kaitlin Knight and her match-high 19 digs. Sophomore Sheri Davis tallied 26 of the team's 29 assists and freshmen Jenna Litoborski and Bianca Rouse combined for 17 kills.

The Explorers (3-17, 0-2) will have a few days off from action before preparing for their road match with Xavier on Friday, Oct. 2, at 7 PM.
