DAYTON, OH - Coming off a win over city rival Temple, the Explorers fell to # 19 Dayton, 3-0 (5-25, 11-25, 11-25).

Kelly Scanlon tallied five kills for La Salle, Kourtney Clark notched nine assists and Breanna Mazalewski totaled seven digs.

For Dayton, Amanda Cowdrey posted 12 kills on .450 hitting and added nine digs, one shy of a double-double.

La Salle will return to action November 12 when it faces Duquesne in Pittsburgh.
