PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle Softball program’s 2nd annual Homerun Derby has been postponed to Thursday, May 5 beginning at 3 PM at West Campus Field.

Students, alumni, faculty, staff and friends of La Salle athletics are able to participate in the derby. Students receive a discounted price of $5 for ten swings and all other participants will be charged $10 for ten swings.

All participants will receive a free coupon for a Wawa Shorti sandwich and complimentary iced tea. Wawa has also donated a $25 gift card to go to the participant who hits the most homeruns. The three furthest homerun hitters will receive a ten pack of frozen cheesesteaks courtesy of Tony Luke’s.
