Day One Results
BUFFALO, N.Y. – The women's 200-medley relay, 800-free relay and junior
Elizabeth Jordan all broke La Salle swimming & diving records on the first day of the Atlantic 10 Championships held at Flickinger Natatorium on the campus of Erie Community College.
Freshman

Jessica Simunek and sophomore
Katie Snee paced the 200-medley relay to a fourth-place finish in 1:43.83. The time broke the La Salle record of 1:44.31 set during last year's A-10 Champs.
The Explorers also took fourth while breaking the school record in the 800-free relay (7:29.83). Jordan was also on this relay, followed by swims by sophomore

The previous record of 7:32.25 was also set during the 2011 A-10 Champs.
Swimming the 200-free in the lead-off leg, Jordan posted a 1:51.69, breaking Shannon Duval's 2010 record of 1:51.94.
The action will continue tomorrow morning with preliminaries at 10:30 a.m.
