RADFORD, Va. - Radford scored five runs in the first four innings and didn't look back in a 7-2 victory over La Salle on Wednesay afternoon. 

Brendan Norton paced the La Salle offense with two hits including his first home run of the season, a solo blast  to lead off the eighth inning.  Norton finished the day 2-for-4 and scored both Explorer runs with one RBI.

George Smith Jr. and Jeff Flax each continued their respective hitting streaks to a season-high five games.  Flax went 2-for-5 and Smith was 1-for-4.

On the hill, Dominic Sgroi (0-2) took the loss and allowed five runs off 10 hits in 3.1 innings pitched with no walks and two strikeouts. 

Mike McLeod, Ryan Donahue and Caolan Ronan each turned in scorless relief outings.
