KANSAS CITY, Mo. - After a hectic travel that included arriving at the Kansas City hotel at 3:30 AM Central Time, the La Salle men's basketball team enjoyed a restful yet purposeful Thursday at the Sprint Center.

The team was permitted to sleep in and had lunch and walk-thru before venturing over to the Sprint Center to meet with the media. Tyreek Duren, Tyrone Garland and Ramon Galloway each stepped to the dais to speak with reporters before head coach Dr. John Giannini stepped to the podium.

La Salle then held a light open practice that included mostly shooting. Giannini was able to meet with the truTV crew, including play-by-play voice Marv Albert and color man Steve Kerr.

The team returned to the hotel for dinner and an evening watching the other teams in the NCAA Tournament.
