Men's Swimming and Diving | January 7, 2023
PRINCETON, N.J. – Both the men and women's swim and dive teams dropped the opening meet of the new year to Princeton University. The women lost 180-110 and the men 231-65.
The men are now 3-4 overall this season and the women go to 3-3-1.
How the Swimmers Finished –
- Carlota Ungo got another win this season for the Explorers in the women's 100-yard breaststroke.
- Gabriela Herbreder continued her strong season with a win in the women's 200-yard butterfly.
- Emma van Selm and Felix Jedbratt each got first in their respective 50-yard freestyle events.
- Tori Fenn got the top spot in the women's 100-yard freestyle.
- Ungo took her second first-place finish of the meet in the women's 200-yard breaststroke.
How the Divers Finished –
- Phoebe Shaya earned fourth place in both the one- and three-meter dives against Princeton.

- Both the men and women will travel to A-10 member, Fordham, on Saturday, January 21st at 11 a.m.
