Women's Track and Field | January 21, 2024

• Freshman Gwenno Goode led the way on the women's side with her third-place showing in the 3,000 meters. After a 10th-place finish in the mile last week, Goode was near the front of the pack all race long on Saturday.
• The Wales native moved up to second place midway through the race, before finishing third in a time of 10:04.49.
• Following a third-place in the 400 last week, freshman Soleil Morrison ended up fifth in the 200-meter dash (25.43).
• In the 500-meter run, Lexy Rivard and Maya Primas both earned top 10s as they closed in seventh and eighth place, respectively.
• Sophomore Georgia-Rose Dawson edged into the top 10 of the 1,000 meters as she crossed the finish line in 2:57.95, just ahead of teammate Jerika Lufrano.
• The 4x400 relay team of Linise Greene, Jya Marshall, Nevaeh Davis and Morrison finished seventh out of 20 teams that competed.

• Three La Salle runners completed the 3,000 meters in the top 10, once again led by graduate student Arthur Cosson.
• Cosson, who led the team's efforts with a fourth-place showing in the mile run last week, closed in seventh this week in a time of 8:15.80.
• Also placing near the top of the 45-person field were David Butts (9th) and Andres Hernandez (10th).

• La Salle returns to New York but changes venues on Jan. 26-27 for the Dr. Sanders Invitational, hosted by Columbia.
• The two-day meet will take place at The Armory in Washington Heights.
