LEXINGTON, Ky. – For the second time this season, La Salle women's track graduate student Christine Mancini set a new program best in the 800m dash at the NCAA East Region Preliminaries in Lexington, Kentucky. She clocked a time of 2:02.89, besting the time of 2:03.56 she ran earlier this season at the Virginia Challenge.
 
Results

• Mancini finished third in her heat to automatically qualify for the 800m Quarterfinals on Saturday at 7:05.
• Her time was third overall in the entire field of 48 runners who competed.
