PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle University men's basketball program has announced the addition of a pair of student-athletes for the 2025-26 season. Transfers
Max Lipacis (Drexel) and
Damon Strand (Albany) are the latest members of the roster for the Explorers.
Lipacis will be joining the Explorers after attending Drexel for two years. The 6-7 forward played for the Head-Royce School in Oakland, CA, where he was a team captain as a senior. A 6-3 guard, Strand joins the Explorers as a rising senior. He played in 16 games for the Great Danes, making three starts. He scored a season-high eight points at Syracuse in December. Prior to his time in Upstate New York, the New Jersey native shinnied at Raritan Valley Community College, where he was GSAC Player of the Year and a JUCO All-American following the 2023-24 season. Strand scored over 1000 points and grabbed over 400 rebounds in his two years at Raritan Valley.
