Blaise Hofmann Named A-10 Rookie Of The Week

WASHINGTON, D.C. – La Salle freshman men's swimmer Blaise Hofmann has been named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday afternoon.

Hofmann won the 200-yard backstroke events in the team's meet last weekend at Monmouth, securing the place at a time of 1:48.25. That time is currently the fourth fastest time in the conference. Additionally, Hofmann placed second in the 100-yard backstroke.

The team will continue its season on Wednesday, February 18 with the conference championships. The event will last through Saturday, February 21.
