Following its first win of the season against Queens, La Salle returns home to host VCU on Friday and New Haven on Sunday. Both games begin at 3 p.m. at the Vidas Athletic Complex.

Key feature: Goalkeeper Abby Boggs earned Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Week honors for the second consecutive week after helping the Explorers shut out Queens through regulation and overtime before prevailing in a penalty shootout.

After rallying for a 27-7 victory at Army, La Salle travels to Mount St. Mary's on Saturday for a noon matchup in Emmitsburg, Md. The Explorers erased a 7-0 halftime deficit with 27 unanswered points in the second half at Army.

Key feature: Alyssa Williams scored two tries, including La Salle's first try to spark the comeback. Jocelyn Terry added seven points on two conversions and a penalty kick.

What to know

The La Salle men's and women's cross country teams open their 2026 seasons Friday at the Main Line Invite in Haverford, Pa. Competition begins at 4:30 p.m.

Key feature: The men's team was tied for second in the Atlantic 10 preseason poll. On the women's side, senior Gwenno Goode returns after earning bronze in the 6K at last year's Atlantic 10 Championship and advancing to the NCAA Championship.
