2019: Atlantic 10 Team Champions… Opened season with 6K time of 24:23.7 at Lehigh Invitational (8/30)… Ran 8K in 20:09.8 at Iona Meet of Champions (9/20)… Placed 29th/424 with time of 22:04.6 at Paul Short Open 6K (10/5)… Crossed 6.17K in 23:18.0 at Princeton Invitational (10/19)… Finished 53rd/131 with 5K time of 19:21.8 at Atlantic 10 Championships as Explorers won team title (11/2).

2018: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Began season by finishing 12th at Temple Invitational (8/31)… Ran 5K in 20:16.8 at Iona Meet of Champions (9/14)… Turned in a 22:39.9 over 6K at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Clocked a 6K time of 23:28.8 at Princeton Invitational (10/12)… Finished 40th among 130 runners at A-10 Championship, running 5K in 18:23.6 (10/27)… Put forth 6K mark of 23:21.7 at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9).

2017: Made La Salle debut at Lehigh Invitational, finishing 44th of 94 runners in 23:50.0 over 6K (9/1)… Placed 23rd in 5K at Iona College Meet of Champions in 20:27.3 (9/15)… Ran 6K in 22:45.4 at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Finished 85th of 181 runners in 23:22.4 over 6K at Princeton XC Invitational (10/14)… Posted season-best 5K in 19:54.7 at A-10 Championships (10/28)… Notched season-best 6K time of 22:24.1 at NCAA Regional Championships (11/10).
