2019-20 Indoor: Atlantic 10 Indoor 1,000-Meter Champion… Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference Team… Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team… La Salle Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year… La Salle Male Performance of the Year… Two-time Atlantic 10 Track Performer of the Week (1/21, 2/4)… Won 800 meters in season debut at Penn 8 Team Select, finishing in 1:51.55 (1/18)… Notched second straight 800 win with time of 1:49.97 at Penn State National Open (2/1)… Finished 7th/291 with 800 time of 1:49.80 at David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/15)… Ran a 1:51.23 in 800 meters at JDL DMR Invitational (2/22)… Won second straight gold in the 1,000 meters at A-10 Championships, defending his title in 2:29.31… Also helped 4x800 relay team to sixth place in 7:48.67 (2/29-3/1).

2019 Indoor: Atlantic 10 Indoor 1,000-Meter Champion… Atlantic 10 Indoor 4x800 Relay Champion… Atlantic 10 Track Performer of the Week (2/12)… Set school record in the 800 meters… Placed second in the 1,000 meters with time of 2:35.33 at Brian Horowitz Invitational (1/11)… Ran the 800 meters in 1:52.84 at Penn State National Open to take eighth place (1/25)… Broke 800m school record at David Hemery Valentine Invitational with mark of 1:49.49 for 10th among 269 finishers (2/9)… Won gold in both 1,000 meters and 4x800 meter relay at A-10 Championships, running the 1,000 in 2:26.51 and helping the 4x800 to a 7:44.53 finish (2/23-24)… Finished seventh in the 800 meters at IC4A Championships with mark of 1:53.28 (3/3).

2018 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 4x800 Relay Champion… Made outdoor debut at Fred Hardy Invitational, placing second in 800 meters at 1:52.28 and third in 4x400 relay at 3:26.44 (3/30-31)… Placed third in 1,500 meters with time of 3:54.70 at Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Clocked in at 1:52.30 over 800 meters for 19th out of 62 at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)… Helped 4x800 relay team to 7:32.76 finish at Penn Relays (4/28)… Won A-10 Championship as member of 4x800 relay team with time of 7:28.02 and was 15th in the 1,500 meters at 3:56.82 (5/5-6)… Turned in time of 1:56.54 in 800 meters at West Point Twilight Meet (5/10)… Finished 15th among 53 finishers in 800 meters at 1:52.27 during IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/12-13).

2018 Indoor: Atlantic 10 DMR Silver Medalist... Won his very first race in La Salle debut at Gulden Invitational, running the 1,000 meters in 2:29.83 (1/20)… Placed fifth in 800 meters, temporarily setting school record at 1:50.93, and was part of second place DMR team that finished in 9:54.03 at Penn State National Invitational (1/26-27)… Ran the mile in 4:08.22 for fifth place at Villanova Invitational (2/3)… Temporarily re-set school record in 800 meters after finishing in 1:50.65 for 17th out of 58 finishers at Iowa State Classic (2/10)… Finished fourth in the mile at 4:09.75 and helped DMR team to second place in 9:59.75 at A-10 Championships (2/17-18).

2017 Outdoor (At Lamar): Strictly ran 800 meters... Finished seventh among 41 finishers with a time of 1:52.22 at the Victor Lopez Classic.

2016-17 Indoor (At Lamar): Did not compete.

2016 Outdoor (At Lamar): Claimed a runner-up finish in the 800-meter race at the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:52.69... Ran the 800 meters in 1:50.74 at the Bryan Clay Invitational for seventh place... Won the 1,500-meter race at the UTSA Roadrunner Invitational in 3:59.40.

2015-2016 Indoor (At Lamar): Placed third in the 800-meter race with a time of 1:52.24 at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships... Ran the mile in 4:26.03 for 21st out of 63 finishers at the Houston Invitational.

Background: Transferred from Lamar University in Texas... Attended The Downs School in England... Ran a 1:52 in the 800 meters, which helped him to a 20th place ranking in the UK his senior year... Seventh at the inter-counties U17 and tenth at the National XC meet his junior year.
