2020 Outdoor: NCAA season canceled.

2019-20 Indoor: Atlantic 10 Indoor 800-Meter Silver Medalist… Atlantic 10 Track Performer of the Week (2/18)… Set school record again in 800 meters… Kicked off season with third place in 800 meters at Penn 8 Team Select with time of 1:51.92 (1/18)… Set a PR in the mile at Patriot Games, taking third in 4:14.81 (1/25)… Placed second in 800 meters at Penn State National Open with time of 1:50.32 (2/1)… Broke school record in 800 meters with mark of 1:49.40 at David Hemery Valentine Invitational, taking fourth among 291 runners (2/15)… Ran 800 in 1:52.23 at JDL DMR Invitational (2/22)… Concluded career at A-10 Championships, placing second in 800 meters… Won prelim race in 1:51.87 before running 1:55.93 in finals, missing gold by only .02 seconds… Also helped 4x800 relay team to sixth place in 7:48.67 (2/29-3/1).

2019 Outdoor: NCAA Preliminary Championship Qualifier in 800 Meters… Atlantic 10 Outdoor 800-Meter Champion… Atlantic 10 Track Performer of the Week (4/2)… Opened outdoor season at Florida Relays, placing 17th among elite field of 61 runners with time of 1:49.46 (3/29)… Ran the 1,500 meters in 3:58.41 at George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13)… Placed eighth in 800 meters at Larry Ellis Invitational in 1:50.71 (4/20)… Helped DMR team finish sixth with mark of 10:00.87 at the Penn Relays (4/26)… Defended his 800-meter title at A-10 Championships in 1:51.21 and helped 4x800 relay team finish in 7:59.86 (5/4-5)… Placed second in 800 meters with time of 1:50.59 at West Point Twilight (5/9)… Ran the 800 in 1:51.54 at NCAA East Region Preliminary Championships for 38th (5/23). 
 
2019 Indoor: Atlantic 10 Indoor 800-Meter Champion… Atlantic 10 Indoor 4x800 Relay Champion… IC4A Indoor 800-Meter Champion… Began season at Penn State National Open, taking seventh in the 800 meters in 1:52.43 (1/25)… Notched a runner-up finished in 800 meters with mark of 1:51.86 at Villanova Invitational (2/2)… Was 12th in 800 meters in 1:50.11 at David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/9)… Won gold in both 800 meters and 4x800 meter relay at A-10 Championships, taking 800 in 1:53.08 and helping 4x800 finish in 7:44.53 (2/23-24)… Defended his 800-meter crown at IC4A Championships, winning with mark of 1:50.70 (3/2-3).

2018 Outdoor: NCAA Outdoor Championship Semifinalist in 800 meters… Atlantic 10 800-Meter Outdoor Champion… Atlantic 10 4x800 Relay Champion… USTFCCCA Honorable Mention... Won 800 meters in season debut at Fred Hardy Invitational in 1:51.48 and was third in 4x400 relay in 3:26.44 (3/30-31)… Placed second in 800 meters in 1:50.67 at Temple Owls Invitational (4/13)… Posted mark of 1:50.41 in 800 meters for ninth place at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20-21)… Ran part of 4x800-meter relay at Penn Relays, finishing in 7:32.76 (4/28)… A-10 Champion in 800 meters with mark of 1:50.06 and member of 4x800-meter Championship relay team finishing in 7:28.02 at A-10 Championships (5/5-6)… Qualified for NCAA regional championships with 800-meter victory at West Point Twilight Meet, posting season-best 1:47.77 (5/10)… Finished 12th among 48 runners and second in his heat with mark of 1:49.63 in 800-meter semifinals at NCAA East Preliminary Championships (5/24)… Advanced to National Championships by placing ninth out of 24 runners and third in his heat with 800 time of 1:48.41 in regional finals at NCAA East Preliminary Championships (5/25)… Finished 19th among 24 runners in 800-meter semifinals in 1:50.93 at NCAA National Championships (6/6).

2018 Indoor: IC4A 800-Meter Indoor Champion… Atlantic 10 1,000-Meter Bronze Medalist... Set school record in 800 meters… Opened season with fifth place showing in both 1,000 meters (2:32.56) and 4x400 (3:32.89) at Mike Massone Invitational (1/12)… Was runner-up in 1,000 meters at Gulden Invitational in 2:30.23 (1/20)… Finished second in DMR in 9:54.03 and seventh in 800 meters in 1:51.85 at Penn State National Invitational (1/26-27)… Ran 800 meters in 1:51.62 at Iowa State Classic (2/9-10)… Placed third in 1,000 meters with season-best time of 2:28.15 at A-10 Indoor Championships (2/18)… Won 800 meter race with school record time of 1:50.25 at ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championships (3/2).

2017 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 4x800 Relay Silver Medalist... Began the outdoor season with an eighth place finish in the Stony Brook Season Opener in the 1500m event, running a time of 4:06.38…finished sixth at the Sam Howell Invitational in 1:53.76 in the 800m…was a member of the 4x800m relay team that finished second at the Atlantic 10 Championships in 7:34.32…finished fourth at A-10 Outdoor Championship in 1:52.66 in the 800m…season best came at West Point Twilight meet with a 1:50.05 finish in the 800m to place seventh overall….finished sixth at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with a time of 1:51.13 in the 800m.

2016-2017 Indoor: Atlantic 10 4x800 Relay Silver Medalist... Atlantic 10 DMR Bronze Medalist... Turned in a 10^th place finish in the 1000m event at the Great Dane Classic in 2:32.82…placed fourth in the DMR event at the Giegengack Invitational in 10:14.98…finished third in the DMR  in a time of 10:06.09 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships…finished second as a member of a 4x800m relay team at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships in 7:39.52…clocked a 1:59.49 in the 800m event at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.

2015-16 (Edinboro): Attended Edinboro University... Did not compete.

Background: Ran for Niagara Falls High School...Section 6 Triple Crown Champion...All-American in 600m...Three-time state qualifier... placed first overall in the NYSPHSAA Section 6 State Qualifier with a personal best of 1:54.97 in the 800m...ran a 4:25.62 in the 1600m race to finish third in the NYSPHSAA Section 6 State Qualifier...also was a member of 4x400m relay team that placed third at the NYSPHSAA Section 6 State Qualified with a time of 3:24.99.
