2021 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Competed in just one meet before sitting out remainder of season… Ran 100-meter dash in 11.10 seconds for third place at Temple Invitational (4/9).

2020 Outdoor/2021 Indoor: Seasons canceled due to COVID-19.

2020 Indoor: Kicked off season with a 60-meter dash win in 6.99 seconds at Haverford Holiday Meet while also running in the 4x200 relay (12/7)… Followed with two more wins at Robert Elkin Invitational, taking 60-meter dash in 6.96 seconds and 200 meters in 22.77 (1/10)… Finished 4th/29 with 60-meter dash time of 6.97 seconds at Penn 8 Team Select (1/18)… Captured 60-meter and 200-meter dash titles at Patriot Games, running 60 in 6.94 seconds and 200 in 22.23 (1/24-25)… Sprinted 60-meter dash in 6.96 seconds and 200 meters in 21.95 at Penn State National Open (1/31-2/1)… Was 7th/84 in 200 meters at UAlbany Winter Classic, finishing in 21.92 seconds (2/7)… Took sixth in 60-meter dash (6.90) and ninth in 200 meters (22.31) at Fastrack National Invite (2/14)… Placed sixth in 60-meter dash with time of 6.95 seconds at Atlantic 10 Championships (2/29-3/1).

2019 Outdoor: IC4A Outdoor 100-Meter Dash Champion… Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team… Atlantic 10 100-Meter Dash Silver Medalist… Atlantic 10 Outdoor 200-Meter Bronze Medalist… Two-time Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week (3/26, 4/2)… Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Won 100-meter dash in outdoor debut at Penn Challenge, running in 10.77 seconds (3/23)… Ran 200 meters in 21.55 for seventh place at George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13)… Turned in a 10.82 over 100-meter dash for sixth place at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)… Helped sprint medley relay team finish seventh in 3:32.87 at Penn Relays (4/26)… Earned two medals at A-10 Championships, running 100m dash in 10.65 for silver and 200m dash in 21.62 for bronze (5/4-5)… Captured the IC4A 100m dash title with time of 10.69 seconds (5/11-12).
 
2019 Indoor: Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team… Atlantic 10 Indoor 200-Meter Bronze Medalist… Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week (1/15)… Set school record in 200-meter dash… Won 60-meter dash in La Salle debut at Brian Horowitz Invitational in 6.94 seconds and helped 4x400 relay finish in 3:35.04 (1/11)… Placed fourth in 200-meter dash in 21.95 and ran 60m dash in 6.99 at Penn State National Open (1/25)… Was sixth in 200m at 22.04 and ninth out of 32 in 60m dash in 6.95 at Villanova Invitational (2/2)… Took second in 60m dash in 6.88 and fifth in 200m with 22.21 clip at Fastrack National Invite (2/8)… Earned bronze in 200m dash at A-10 Championships with time of 22.06 and finished fourth in 60m dash in 6.94 seconds (2/23-24)… Broke school record in 200m dash with time of 21.48 for seventh at IC4A Championships and placed sixth in 60m dash at 6.94 seconds (3/1-3).

Background: Ran track at Calvert Hall College High School… 55m league champion and 4x200 runner-up during indoor track… 4x100 league champion and 4x200 champion during outdoor season… Also 100-meter dash runner-up and third place finisher in 200 meters… Broke league record for fastest JV 200m race… Played football and rugby as well… Reached championship game in football… Also ran for EYT Spartans… USATF National 2nd Place Champion in 100 and 200 meters… AAU National 3rd Place Champion in 100m in Junior Olympics.
