2021: Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team… Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team… Placed 17^th/43 in the 4M to start the season at the Main Line Invitational (9/17)… Ran a 25:17.3 and placed 13^th/126 in the 8K as part of a first place finish for the Explorers at the Atlantic 10 Championships (10/30)… Wrapped up the season placing 47^th/174 at the Mid-Atlantic Regional in the 10K, fourth best on the team (11/12).

2020-21: NCAA Championship Qualifier… Atlantic 10 Individual Champion… Atlantic 10 Most Outstanding Performer… Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team… USTFCCCA All-Academic… La Salle Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year… Explorer Excellence Award winner… Won individual title at Atlantic 10 Championships… Took first place out of 113 with a time of 24:30.4 over five mile course (3/5)… Became fourth national qualifier in program history… Competed at NCAA National Championships, running 10K in 32:33.5 for 179th/251 (3/15).

2019: Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team… Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference Team… Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area… Led Explorers to Atlantic 10 title behind top-5 showing individually… Began season with a 6K PR of 19:48.2 for 26th/95 at Lehigh Invitational (8/30)… Placed 12th/153 at Iona Meet of Champions, running 8K in 25:15.5 (9/20)… Improved 8K time to 24:11.6 for 48th/395 at Paul Short Gold (10/5)… Finished 8th/240 at Princeton Invitational with an 8K PR of 24:07.8 (10/19)… Earned all-conference by placing 3rd/129 at Atlantic 10 Championships, leading Explorers to team title with 8K time of 25:13.2 (11/2)… Team’s top finisher at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, coming in 27th/175 with 10K PR of 30:58.0 (11/15).

2018: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Opened season at Temple Invitational (8/31)… Ran 8K in 26:44.6 at Iona Meet of Champions (9/14)… Crossed 8K in 25:42.7 for 116th out of 360 runners at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Placed 19th among 129 at A-10 Championships with five-mile mark of 25:33.2 (10/27)… Finished 35th out of 169 runners at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with 10K time of 32:09.4 (11/9).

2017: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Made La Salle debut at Iona College Meet of Champions, finishing 8K in 27:30.0 for 25th place (9/15)… Recorded season-best 25:10.1 mark in 8K at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Was 82nd among 205 runners in 8K at Princeton XC Invitational at 25:24.5 (10/14).
