• Made outdoor debut at Penn Challenge, finishing 1,500 meters in 4:06.30 (3/23).
• Placed second in 1,500 meters at Fred Hardy Invitational in 3:57.38 and was third in 4x800 relay at 8:22.16 (3/29-30).
• Placed fourth in 1,500 meters with time of 4:04.37 at Covert Classic (4/26).
• Competed in the 5K at A-10 Championships (5/4).

2019 Indoor

• Atlantic 10 DMR Silver Medalist.
• Made La Salle track debut at Brian Horowitz Invitational, running 3,000 meters in 8:55.11 for sixth (1/11).
• Helped DMR to third place finish in 10:25.55 at Penn State National Open (1/25).
• Notched season-best 8:36.38 in 3,000m at Villanova Invitational (2/2).
• Ran the mile in 4:20.48 at Fastrack National Invite (2/8).
• Earned silver medal in DMR at A-10 Championships in 10:04.72 and was seventh in 3,000m in 8:38.40 (2/23-24).
