2025-26

• Ran in five cross country races and six track meets.
• NCAA Qualifier for cross country and track and field.
• Won the bronze medal with a time of 21:00.5 in the 6K at the A-10 Cross Country Championships.
• Placed 17th (20:01.4) in the 6K at the NCAA Mid Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships.
• Competed at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships and finished 152nd (20:14.6) in the 6K.
• Won the gold medal in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 10:08.08 at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships.
• Placed fourth in the 4x800m relay (8:57.43) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships.
• Earned a 14th-place finish (10:00.2) in the 3000m Steeplechase at the NCAA Division I East First Rounds. 
• Finished sixth (10:06.33) in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Penn Relays 
• Placed ninth with a career-best time of 4:19.01 in the 1500m at the Duke Invitational.

2024-25

• Ran and finished in 14:25.2 at the Temple Owls Invite, getting a 4k PR for herself and placing third overall
• 17th in the Princeton Fall Classic with a time of 20:09.9
• Awarded Most Outstanding A-10 Performer this XC Season
• Won A-10 Conference Championships Individual title, crossing the line in 20:10.4 in the 6k
• Seventh in the NCAA Regional meet, receiving All-Region honors following the performance, and setting a new 6k PR in the process
• Qualified for NCAA National Championship XC meet as a result of her Regional performance
• Set two indoor PRs (3k and 5k events)
• Won two events in the  A-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships (3k and DMR)
• Set two outdoor PRs (3k steeple and 1500m run)
• Placed third overall in the 3k steeple at Raleigh Relays
• Won the 1500m event at the Sam Howell Invitational
• Qualified for the NCAA National Outdoor Championships in the 3k steeple, placing 12th in the NCAA East Regional Meet
• 20th in the 3k steeplechase at NCAA National Outdoor Championships

• First La Salle freshman to qualify for the NCAA East Regional in the 3000m Steeplechase. Finished 28th.
• Ran in all six meets of the cross-country season
• Finished third in the 3k at the Villanova Invitational (10:04.09)
• Finish 10th of 69 runners in the mile at the Scarlet Knight Open
• Set an 800m PR in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite (2:21.34)
• Was a member of the gold medal and school record-breaking DMR team at the A-10 Indoor Championships. Also earned bronze in the 3k at the same event.
• Got a PR in the mile at the IC4A Indoor Track & Field Championships (4:56.24)
• Recorded the second fastest time in program history in the 3k Steeplechase while also getting a PR at the Larry Ellis Invitational (10:18.44)
• Personal best in the 1500m (4:26.63) at the Paul Donahue Invitational
• Gold Medal in the 3k Steeplechase at the A-10 Outdoor Championships. Member of the 4x800 silver medal team.
