La Salle University Athletics

2010-11: Won the 50 Free at the 2011 Atlantic 10 Championships in 20.45, notching a career-best 20.42 in the event preliminaries, which broke a 29-year old La Salle school record… Also finaled in the 100-fly (49.77) and the 100 free (career-best 45.84) for fifth and seventh place finishes, respectively…. Anchored the 200 medley relay with a 19.98 free split to a second-place finish and new La Salle record… Was also part of the 400 medley, 400 free & 200 free relays, helping La Salle finish third at A-10s…. Won the 100 fly (career-best 49.55) at the 2010 Rutgers Frank Elm Super Splash, breaking a 28-year old La Salle record and setting the meet record…. helped La Salle to a runner up finish at the Rhode Island Invite with three first place finishes, taking the 50-free (21.43), 100-free (47.20), and the 100-fly (51.26)… A three-time La Salle Student-Athlete of the Week and A-10 Academic All-Conference Team selection… During the summer months, served as the head coach of Tavistock Hills Swim Club, where he had been an assistant the previous two years.

2009-10: Recorded two eighth-place finishes in the 50 free (career-best 20.83) and 100 fly (50.77) at 2010 A-10 Champs… Also posted a personal-best 46.82 in the 100 free for a seventh-place finish in the consolation finals…. Helped the 200 medley (20.4 free split) & 400 medley (50.3 fly split) relays each to a sixth-place finish and the 400 free relay to a fifth-place finish (46.8 split)… Posted a career-best 50.51 in the 100 fly for second place at 2009 Bucknell Invite… Also earned sixth-place finishes in the 50 Free (21.28) and the 100 Free (46.94) at the meet. Teamed up with fellow Explorers in the 200 & 400 free relays for second & third place, respectively, while earning fourth-place finishes in the 200 (22.7 fly split) & 400 (50.3 fly split) medley relays. 

2008-09: Posted career-best swims in the 50 free (20.88), 100 free (46.92) and 100 fly (51.39) for second, fifth and eighth-place consolation final finishes, respectively, at the 2000 A-10 Championships…Also teamed up in the 400 free (46.5 split) & 200 free (20.98 lead-off) relays for sixth and seventh places, respectively.   Posted a career-best 50-free (21.45) at the 2008 Bucknell Invite in the 50 Free (21.45) for a fourth-place finish; also helped the 200 free felay (21.69 lead-off) to fourth place. 

High School: Earned eight varsity letters in swimming and lacrosse…. Selected a team captain his senior season at Cherry Hill West… Top five finisher in multiple events at the 2007 and 2008 Individual High School State Meet…. Posted the fastest split time of the Gold Medal winning 200 Freestyle relay that earned All-America honors in 2008…. Helped lead CH West to the 2007 Public A NJ Team Title as well as the runner-up titles in 2006 and 2008…. Trained with both Coach Paul Rowe of Hurricane Swimming & Bill Sepich of the Burlington Y.
