2015: Ended the year with 11 sets played for the Explorers as a defensive specialist...recorded 10 digs for the season...finished the season with three kills...collected two kills and two points over Maryland Eastern Shore (10/20).

2014: Finished the year with 37 kills and 17 service aces with 36 digs… split time between defensive specialist and outside hitter… recorded a season high five kills in a win over Bryant (9/13)… tallied a season high seven digs in a win over Davidson (10/12). 

2013: Cook had a big role in her freshman season for the Explorers...She started nine matches, while appearing in 29 overall...Recorded 59 kills on 241 attacks, finishing fourth on the team in hitting percentage (.095)...Also recorded 31 digs and 18 block assists...Marked a season high nine kills and 27 attacks against Penn (9/30)...Collected a season high five block assists against Bucknell (9/1).

High School: Cook enters La Salle after an accomplished career at Myers Park High and subsequently Charlotte Christian…She was a two sport standout at Myers Park, earning two varsity letters in volleyball and one letter in track…Was named to the Mecklenburg County Track Honor Roll in the Women’s 300 Meter IM Hurdles her freshman year…Started her sophomore and junior seasons at Myers Park High, earning Most Improved honors her sophomore season…Recorded 7 Blocks in a match against the eventual state champion Providence High her junior season…Transferred to Charlotte Christian for her senior season…Was a starter on Charlotte Christian’s 20-8 State Semi-Finalist team…Also was a member of the Carolina Union Regional Club Team, winners of the Plex Challenge Gold Division Championships in 2010.
