2017: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Opened season 24th in 6K at Lehigh Invitational in 23:14.4 (9/1)… Ran 6K in 22:34.5 at Paul Short Gold (9/29)… Was 66th of 181 runners at Princeton XC Invitational, running 6K in 23:04.5 (10/14)… Placed 45th among 129 runners with 5K time of 19:09.1 at A-10 Championships (10/28)… Clocked in at 22:04.9 over 6K for 96th out of 193 at NCAA Regional Championships (11/10).

2016: Atlantic 10 All-Conference…Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference…Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area team…Earned second consecutive A-10  All-Conference nod by turning in a time of 17:19.8 to finish 2^nd at the Atlantic 10 Championship…Finished 21^st at the Princeton Invitational (6k) with a time of 22:01.7…Clocked 21:17 at the Paul Short Run (6k)…Placed 19^th at the Main Line Invitational with a time of 17:58.3.

2015: Earned All­-Atlantic 10 honors at the Atlantic 10 Championship (10/31), finishing 8th with a time of 17:31.1 ... Began the season at Lehigh Invite (9/4), placing 19th with the time of 24:17.8...Finished 6th at Friends Big Five Invite (9/11)...Led La Salle at Greater Louisville Classic (10/3) by finishing 98th with a time of 18:07.16... Finished 28th by running a 22:08.5 at Princeton Invitational (10/17)...Competed at Mid-­Atlantic Regionals (11/13) by finishing 54th thanks to a time of 22:13.6 

High School: Finished fourth in the 4x800 at the New Balance Nationals… part of the team that holds the Pennsylvania state record of 8:51.49 in the 4x800…holds the Central Bucks South record in the 3000, 1600, mile and 1500… also lettered in field hockey… chose La Salle over Monmouth and Iona… an NHS member and graduated Magna Cum Laude from high school… father was Bishop McDevitt’s head track coach for 25 years, and serves as the Penn Relays Chief Starter.
