2018 (Sophomore): Made 22 appearances in the circle as a sophomore, with all but one appearance coming as a starter…Led the team with 124.2 innings pitched…Finished second on the team with 66 strikeouts…Finished with a 7-11 record and a 4.72 ERA…Earned first win of the season with a complete-game against Loyola (3/2)...Picked up a save with a scoreless inning in a 5-4 win at UMBC (3/17)…Tossed 12 complete games…Allowed just one earned run in a complete-game win against Maryland Eastern Shore while striking out a season-high eight hitters (4/11)…As a position player, Gearhart hit .089 (4-for-45) on the season…Scored six runs and drove in one on the season.

2017 (Freshman): Tossed 105.2 innings as a true freshman, going 6-10 with a 4.31 ERA…Made 29 appearances, including 15 starts…Recorded the final out in the season opener, a 12-4 win over Fairfield in collegiate debut…Picked up first win with 6.0 innings against Butler (3/10), limiting the Bulldogs to two runs on three hits while striking out six…Tossed four shutout innings in relief to pick up the win at George Mason (3/25)…Threw a complete game to earn the win at St. Bonaventure, scattering six hits and two walks to allow one earned run…Picked up wins in both games of a doubleheader sweep at Saint Louis (4/23), starting the opener and throwing five innings in a 4-3 win before tossing three shutout innings in relief in game two…Tossed a complete game against Rider (5/3), allowing just two runs on six hits…Struck out a season-high nine batters against Central Connecticut (3/11)…Threw six total complete games.

High School: Three-time AAAA All-State selection, including second team as a sophomore...Was honorable mention all-state as a freshman and senior...As a hitter, set school records for career hits (143)...As a pitcher, set school records for career strikeouts (564), ERA (0.83) and no-hitters...Four-time all-Lancaster-Lebanon League...Named Lancaster-Lebanon Pitcher of the Year as sophomore with 0.56 ERA and 157 strikeouts in 96 innings...Batted .559 as a sophomore with 15 steals...As a freshman, batted .480 with five home runs and 21 RBI and was 9-5 with a 1.77 ERA in the circle...Played club softball for the PA Shooting Stars Gold and Newtown Nook Gold.
