Biography
2010-2011: In the indoor season, ran a career best mile race with a time of 4:13.61....Competed at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships running a career best time of 8:25.97 in the 3,000 meter race.... Also competed in the IC4A Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meter race.... In the outdoor season, placed tenth at the Penn Relays in the 10,000 meter race with a career best time of 30:14.23....Ran a career best 800 meter race with a time of 1:58.51......
2009-2010: Competed in the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meters... Also compted in the IC4A Indoor Championship in the 5,000 meter race.... Placed first in the 10,000 meter race with a time of 30:35.51 at the IC4A Championships...Competed in the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters....2008-09: Redshirted entire year... Participated in USA Junior Nationals, running the 10K in 32:44.44.
High School Honors: Placed 5th in the Mile at the MA Outdoor State Championship, Seventh place finish at the MA Cross Country State Championships.
