Digital Ticketing FAQs:

Why is La Salle switching to digital ticketing?

A shift to digital ticketing will provide the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive and manage tickets. The La Salle Ticket Office will no longer be printing tickets on hard ticket stock. There is a clear focus on the customer experience as benefits of digital ticketing include:

• Quick and easy entry into Tom Gola Arena using your mobile device
• Instant access to all your tickets using the La Salle Account Manager site
• The ability to manage or send your tickets at any time
• Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
• By choosing mobile, it’s an easy way to go green by printing less paper

How do I manage my tickets?

You can access the La Salle Account Manager by clicking here and logging into your account. Through the La Salle Account Manager, you will have the ability to:

• View and download tickets
• Transfer tickets to Friends, Family, or Clients
• Update Account Information

To start managing your tickets, follow the steps below!

Step 1: Go to goexplorers.com

Step 2: Click on TICKETS in the menu bar and then select PURCHASE TICKETS NOW!

Step 3: Select and log into your profile, then click on ORDERS

Step 4: Select the game/tickets you want to manage

How do I download my tickets?

You can digitally download and then save or print your game tickets by having access to any computer or smart phone device. Follow these six easy steps below!

Step 1: Once logged in, click on ORDERS under the profile menu bar and you will see all your tickets for upcoming events.

Step 2: Tap the event tickets you would like to view, and your seats will appear. From there, tap the seats you would like to pull up and make sure to save this ticket to your phone ahead of time for easy access on Game Day! 

Step 3: To download your ticket, click on the Download all Tickets button 

Step 4: Once downloaded, add/save your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. You can either download and print your tickets or save them on your smartphone. 

Step 5: You can add coupons and other discount codes onto your purchase by clicking on REDEEM COUPON before checking out on the Shopping Cart page. Check your email, the La Salle Website, and other social media platforms to receive these coupon codes.

What if I want to forward/transfer my tickets to someone else?

If a friend or family member will be attending the game, you will need to forward the tickets to them through your My La Salle Ticket Manager. It’s easy – select the game you would like to manage, select TRANSFER and then enter your friend’s email address. Once you transfer the tickets, the recipient will receive an email notification where they will need to select COMPLETE TRANSFER. They will then need to accept the transfer at which point the tickets will be in their account. Once the ticket is accepted by the other person, you will no longer have access/ownership of it so make sure you send your tickets to the right people!

Step 1: Once logged in, click on ORDERS under the profile menu bar and you will see all your tickets for upcoming events.

Step 2: Tap the event tickets you would like to view/transfer, and your seats will appear. From there select TRANSFER to forward the ticket to someone else.

Step 3: Next, you will need to enter your friend's email address and any other necessary information, then click SUBMIT. 

Step 4:  Once you transfer the tickets, the recipient will receive an email notification where they will need to select COMPLETE TRANSFER. 

Step 5: They will then need to accept the transfer at which point the tickets will be in their account. Once the ticket is accepted by the other person, you will no longer have access/ownership of it.
