Career Stats

2011:
Appeared in 16 games (11 starts) and went 3-6 with a 6.32 ERA...Earned his first victory of the season and allowed one run off six hits in six innings of work with seven strikeouts at Longwood (2/26-G2)...Struck out a career-high 10 batters in six innings of work in the victory at Morehead State (3/13)...Earned the win and pitched 6.1 innings with three strikeouts against Saint Peter's (3/19-G2)...Made his first bullpen appearance of the year with a scoreless frame against Villanova (5/6)...Started La Salle's final game of the season and suffered the loss in 6.2 innings of work against Dayton at the Atlantic 10 Championship (5/26)...Drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 14th round (423rd overall pick) of the MLB June Draft and will continue his career at the professional level...Became the 16th La Salle player ever to be drafted in the MLB and the second highest since Fred Morris was taken in the 11th round by the Houston Astros in 1977.   

2010:
Started 14 games and made four appearances out of the bullpen...Totaled 55 strikeouts in 70 innings...Collected wins against Old Dominion (3/7), St. Peter[apos]s (3/17) and Temple (4/18)...Came out of the pen to throw one inning of no-hit scoreless relief at Penn State (4/27)...Struck out seven batters at St. Peter's (3/17).

2009: Threw in 20 games, the second most on the staff with one start, a 2.0 inning outing at Duke (2/21)...Earned his first victory with a 2.0 IP, one-hit, no-run, four-strikeout performance at Morehead State (2/28)...That was one of nine outings without allowing a run...Those include March outings versus Cornell (3/7) 1.0 IP, at UM-Eastern Shore (3/12) 1.0 IP and his first save, versus Manhattan (3/15) 1.1 IP for save number two, and versus Delaware State (3/25) 2.0 IP and four strikeouts...Picked up his third save versus Xavier (4/4-G2) striking out the last two batters of the game with the bases loaded in a 5-3 victory...Struck out a season-high five batters in 2.0 innings and did not allow a run versus Coppin State (4/8)...In all had eight games with at least 2.0 IP, including at Maryland (4/21), at Penn State (4/29) and at Rider (5/12)...Combined on all three of La Salle[apos]s shutouts, closing out the game each time - UM-Eastern Shore (2-0), Manhattan (2-0) and Coppin State (10-0)...Finished third on the team with 28 strikeouts in just 25.2 innings...Allowed just one inherited runner out of 12 to score, the best ratio on the staff.

High School: Was the 787th pick in the 2008 Major League Draft, selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 26th round...Went 4-1 with a 0.52 ERA in 40.1 innings during his senior season...Struck out 46 batters and walked just seven...Helped his team to two straight league titles.
