Haley Connor joined the La Salle field hockey staff as an assistant coach in 2026 after spending the 2025 season as a graduate assistant coach at Saint Francis.

Connor spent four seasons as a player at Saint Francis, serving as a team captain in 2024. In her first season on the coaching staff, Connor helped the Red Flash tie the program record with 14 overall wins and set a program record with eight conference victories. She will bring that coaching experience to 20th and Olney, serving as La Salle’s attacking specialist.

Prior to her collegiate career, Connor was a standout at Eastern Regional High School, helping the Vikings capture four New Jersey state championships. Eastern Regional earned the No. 1 state ranking and won the New Jersey Tournament of Champions in 2018.

Connor earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in social work and business from Saint Francis.
