Steve Wagner has a deep history in the USA field hockey world, especially with his work as a goalkeeper. In 1996, Wagner was the goalkeeper for the USA Olympic Team in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2008 Wagner started his own business, Goalkeeping 1-On-1, a clinic that helps college-bound goalies. Wagner spent 2016-20 as a goalie consultant at Vassar College, and prior to that he spent 2004-08 as the goalie coach at Princeton University.
