2012: Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference...A-10 Performer of the Week (9/11, 9/25)...placed second at the A-10 Championships (10/27) with a 25:21.9 (8K), earning all-conference status...finished second at the IC4A Championships (11/17) with a 25:11.9 (8K)...took home the top prize at the George Mason Invitational (9/29) with a 24:52.2 (7800m)...led the Explorers at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/12) with a 24:11 (8K), placing 76th...ran a 31:04 (10K) at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9) with a 31:04 (10K)...crossed the finish line fourth at the Main Line Invitational (9/20) with a 19:17.90 (4 mile run)...paced the Blue and Gold with a first place finish at the La Salle-Penn Dual Meet (9/7) with a 19:14 (6K) 

2011: Named A-10 Performer of the Week, after placing fourth at the Navy Invitational with a time of 24:25.19....led the Explorers to an A-10 Championship with a first place finish and a time of 24:18 (10/29), earning Most Outstanding Performer honors....also earned all-conference honors at the meet....achieved Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference honors

2010: Placed 14th overall at the Br. Doyle Meet of Champions with a time of 25:35.17 (9/18)...competed in the Paul Short Invitational's Gold Race, running a 26.03 8k (10/1)

2009: Ran a 25:31 at Lehigh University 8k...ran the 8k in 27:59.3 at the A-10 Championships

High School: Three-time state qualifier in cross country (AA)...three-time district qualifier...district cross country champion ('09)...state cross country runner up ('09)...Philadelphia Public League cross country champion ('09)
