2015:  Began the season at Lehigh Invite (9/4) by running a 20:17.2 placing 24th… finished 36th at Main Line Invitational (9/18) with the time of 20:38… 61st at Paul Short Run (10/2) timed at 25:07… ran a 24:34.0 at Princeton Invitational (10/17) and finished 22nd… competed at the Atlantic 10 Championship (10/31) finished 28th by running a 25:16.8… finished 48th at Mid-Altlantic Regional (11/13) with the time of 32:01.6 

2014: Ran a 27:00.4 at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) for a 16^th place finish on the 8k course… finished in 25^th place at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/12) with a time of 19:34.4… crossed in 25:41 at the Paul Short Run (10/4) to finish in 166^th place in the 8k race… crossed in 115^th place at the Atlantic 10 Championships (11/1) with a time of 27:39.5).

2013: Started off his season at the Lehigh Invitational (8/31) running a 19:47.3 (6k), which was good for a top 25 finish… at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/13) he ran a 19:44.61 (6k)… clocked a 20:35.47 (8k) at the Main Line Invitational (9/26)… helped La Salle win the team title at the Atlantic 10 Championship (11/2) running a time of 25:13.5 (8k)… finished the season at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals (11/15) with a time of 32:33 (10k).

2012: Ran a 19:39 (6K) at the La Salle-Penn Dual Meet (9/7).
