2012: Noched a sixth place finish at the George Mason Invitational (9/29) with a 25:29.4 (7800m)...came in 10th at the Main Line Invitational (9/20) with a 19:36.90 (4 mile run)...was the second Explorer to cross the finish line at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/12) with a 25:05 (8K)

2011: Earned all-conference honors with a fifth place finish at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships....helped the Explorers to an A-10 Championship with a time of 24:36 (10/29)...ran a 25:11.59 at the Navy Invitational, finishing 30th (9/17)...finished with a 25:43 at Pre National meet (10/16)...third-highest Explorere finisher at NCAA Mid Atlatic regional with a 31:51.2 in the 10,000 meter race (11/12)

2010: Finished in the top 50 at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a 25:47....claimed fourth place at the Paul Short Invitational Men's Open 8k race, crossing the finish line at the 25:21 mark
