2021: Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team… Started the season at the Main Line Invitational running a 20:19.3 4M, placing 25^th/43 (9/17)… Ran a 24:55.4 8K placing 20^th/208 at the Princeton Invitational, the best finish on the team (10/16)… Placed 14^th/126 running a 25:18.1 8K as part of a meet victory at the Atlantic 10 Championships (10/30)… Wrapped up the season running a 31:12.4 and placing 24^th/174 in the 10K at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals, earning him all-region honors (11/12).

2020-21: Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team… Posted a top-10 finish at Atlantic 10 Championships, helping team to second place finish… Placed seventh out of 113 with time of 24:41.9 over five mile course in only meet of the season (3/5).

2019: Began season at Iona Meet of Champions, running 8K in 26:15.0 for 45th/153 (9/20)… Ran 8K in 25:09.4 for 57th/240 at Princeton Invitational (10/19)… Finished 24th/129 at Atlantic 10 Championships, crossing 8K in 26:06.9 to help Explorers win team title (11/2)… Set a PR in 10K at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, finishing in 31:58.1 (11/15).

2018: Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team… La Salle’s top finisher at Paul Short Gold 8K, finishing 42nd out of 360 runners in 25:12.1 (9/29)… Finished 35th among 219 runners at Princeton Invitational with 8K mark of 24:54.9 (10/12)… Placed 14th to earn all-conference at A-10 Championships, running the five mile course in 25:13.3 (10/27)… Ran the 10K in 32:16.9 for 39th among 169 of the region’s best at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9).

2017: Atlantic 10 Most Outstanding Rookie Performer… Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team… Notched season-best mark of 25:15.0 in 8K at Paul Short Gold in La Salle debut (9/29)… Ran 8K in 25:36.2 at Princeton XC Invitational (10/14)… La Salle’s top finisher at A-10 Championships, placing 17th out of 117 in 8K at 25:54.4 (10/28)… Finished 85th out of 180 runners in 10K at NCAA Regional Championships in 32:04.9 (11/10).
