2016: Placed fifth in the indoor A-10 Championships in the mile race with a  time of 4:16.56...recorded a fourth place finished with a time of 4:00.21 in the Philadelphia College Classic to open the outdoor season...ran a 4:00.48 to finished 22nd in the 1500m race at the Sam Howell competition. 

2014-15 Indoors: Opened the season at the NYC Gotham Cup with a 4:30.17 time in the mile for a 21st place finish… finished third in the 3000 meters at the Tiger Open thanks to a time of 8:34.31 which set a PR… ran a 4:21.30 in the mile at the Yale Giegengack invitational for a 14th place finish… finished 10th at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:38.01… ended the season as a part of the DMR at the IC4A/ECAC Championships which finished 12th with a time of 10:05.23.

2015 Outdoors: Clocked a 6:22.11 time in the 2000 meter steeplechase at the Stony Brook Spring Opener to finish in third place… finished fourth in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Colonial Relays with a time of 9:23.87…ran a 9:31.27 at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 3000 meter steeplechase for a ninth place finish… clocked his best time of the season in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a 9:22.16 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier.

 2012-13: Ran the 5000 meter in 15:41.37 at the 2013 Philadelphia College Classic (3/23/13)...Posted a 4:04.92 time in the 1500 meter at the 2013 Danny Curran Invitational (3/28-3/29)...Finished the 3000 meter steeplechase in 10:00.83 at the Rider Invitational (4/13).
 
High School: Was a four-year lettermen in Cross Country as well as Indoor and Outdoor Track at Archbishop Curley...Was named to the All-City Cross Country team his freshman year...His junior year he was Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association champion in both the 1600 meter (4:20) and 3200 meter (9:31) categories...He was named by the Baltimore Sun as a runner to watch in Maryland his senior season.
