2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Opened the season by winning the 1,500 meters in 3:56.07 and was third in 4x800 relay in 8:22.16 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29-30)… Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:07.73 at Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20)… Helped DMR team finish sixth among 19 teams at Penn Relays in 10:00.87 (4/26)… Finished 16th in 1,500 meters with mark of 4:01.13 at A-10 Championships (5/5).
2019 Indoor: Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference… Atlantic 10 Indoor 4x800 Relay Champion… Atlantic 10 DMR Silver Medalist… Atlantic 10 Indoor Mile Bronze Medalist… Won the 3,000 meters in 8:43.79 at season-opening Brian Horowitz Invitational (1/11)… Followed that with the 3,000m title at Penn State National Open, winning in 8:29.78 (1/25)… Took second in the mile at Villanova Invitational with time of 4:12.39 (2/2)… Ran season-best 8:25.88 over 3,000 meters at David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/8)… Earned three medals at A-10 Championships… Helped 4x800 relay win gold in 7:44.53, aided DMR to silver in 10:04.72 and took bronze in the mile in 4:15.56 (2/23-24)… Finished 14th out of 35 in the mile at IC4A Championships with season-best 4:10.92 mark (3/1).
