• Got a PR in the mile at the Philly Metro meet; time of 5:13.07

• Ran a personal best at the 2023 Temple Owls Cross Country Invitational in the 4k run with a time of 16:44.3
• Recorded a personal best in the 3M run with a time of 19:11.7 at the Main Line Invitational
• Ran a personal best in the mile run with a time of 5:19.73 at the Fastrack National Invite
• Ran a personal best in the 5000m run with a time of 17:55.46 at the Sam Howell Invitational
• Placed 5th in the 3000m race with a time of 10:21.34 at the Penn Invitational
• Recorded a personal best at the Paul Donahue Invitational at Widener University int eh 1500m run with a time of 4:49.20

• Ran Cross Country and Track & Field at Nazareth Academy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
• Senior year her team placed at District Championships
• Her team also placed at the AACA Championships
• She was named to the AACA First Team All Stars
• Qualified for the PIAA State Championships. Was awarded Cross Country “Most Valuable Player” her freshman, sophomore, and senior seasons
• She was the recipient of the Coaches Award her junior year. Qualified for the Junior Olympics in 3K on the St. Luke’s team

• She was Class President and on National Honors Society
• Her major is in Communicaton Science Disorder
