2023-24

• Ran a personal best at the Fastrack National Invite in the 3000m run with a time of 10:54.28
• Recorded a personal best in the 5000m run with a time of 18:37.37 at the Paul Donahue Invitational at Widener University
• Ran a personal best at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 10,000m race with a time of 39:08.17

2022

• PR 3M at Main Line Invitational (18:36)(14th)
• PR 5k at A10 Championships (19:04.9)
• PR 6k at NCAA D1 Mid-Atlantic XC Championships (23:20.7)

Background

• Ran Cross Country and Track & Field at Hershey High School in Hershey, Pennsylvania
• As Co-Captain her senior year for cross country she earned a Mid Penn Conference medal
• Placed 2^nd in Districts and 5^th in the State Championship
• Posted a personal record of 18:58 for the 5K. In Track & Field, her senior year, she earned medals at most of her meets
• Ran at Districts. In time at Hershey, as a cross country runner she participated in States two times
• Earned a District Championship medal
• Was awarded three Mid Penn Conference Championship Medals.
