• Set four personal records during the season in the following events: mile, 3k, 5k, and 10k
• Third in the 5k with a time of 16:47.35 at A-10 Indoor Championships
• Second in the 10k at A-10 Outdoor Championships with a time of 35:15.43
• Sixth in the 5k at the Princeton Elite Invitational

• Placed 7th in the 4k race at the Temple Owls XC Invitational with a time of 15:50.1
• Finished 13th in the Main Line Invitational with a time of 17:46.3
• Placed 27th at the Atlantic 10 XC Championships with a 6k time of 22:05.8
• Finished the XC season with a 6k personal best of 21:43.6 at the NCAA Division 1 Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships
• Recorded a 10th place finish in the 3k at the Penn Select 10 with a time of 9:59.04
• Finished 6th in the Paul Donahue Invitational with a personal best time of 4:41.31 in the 1500m
• Recorded a personal best time of 17:05.55 in the 5k at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placing 6th

• Helped Haddonfield earn No. 1 ranking in New Jersey in 2020
• Led team to two NJSIAA Group 2 titles as runner-up finish at NJSIAA Meet of Champions in 2022
• Took third-place at Nike Cross Regionals in 2022
